Warranty Conditions

At Pest Free Adelaide, we aim to deliver effective and reliable pest control solutions. However, due to the nature of pest infestations and varying property conditions, our warranties are subject to the following terms:

1. Technician Discretion

  • Warranties are provided at the discretion of the technician.

  • Warranty details will be clearly stated on the invoice at the time of service.

  • No warranty is given verbally or over the phone.

2. Multiple Treatments

  • Some properties may require more than one treatment to achieve full control of pests.

  • Warranty is valid only if the customer follows all post-treatment instructions provided by the technician.

3. Exclusions (No Warranty Provided)

No warranty will apply in the following cases:

  • Bed bug infestations

  • German cockroach infestations

  • Heavily infested properties

  • Repeat services for bed bugs (these are self-funded)

4. Warranty Limitations

  • Warranties apply only to the specific pests and conditions listed on the invoice.

  • Warranty will be void if:

    • The property is not maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.

    • Entry points, structural issues, or sanitation problems contribute to reinfestation.

    • Customer fails to comply with Client Responsibilities & Work Conditions.

5. Duration of Warranty

  • The warranty period varies depending on the pest type and treatment method.

  • Coverage will be specified on the service invoice.
