Reservation Conditions

At Pest Free Adelaide, we aim to provide reliable and timely pest control services. To ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery, all customers are required to follow the reservation conditions below:


1. Appointment Attendance

  • Customers must be present at the property during the scheduled appointment.

  • If the customer is not present, the appointment may be cancelled, and a $60 call-out fee will apply.


2. Communication Requirement

  • Customers must answer the phone when contacted by the technician before arrival.

  • Failure to respond may result in cancellation of the appointment.


3. Confirmation of Booking

  • By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts Pest Free Adelaide’s Terms & Conditions.

  • Reservation of services is considered valid only after confirmation by both parties (customer and Pest Free Adelaide).


4. Changes to Reservations

  • Any changes to booking times or dates must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or rescheduling may result in additional charges as per our Cancellation Policy.
