Payment Policy

At Pest Free Adelaide, we strive to make our payment process simple, transparent, and secure. By booking our services, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions:


1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • Debit / EFTPOS


2. Surcharges

  • A 2% surcharge applies to all Credit Card and EFTPOS transactions.

  • No surcharge applies for cash payments.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment confirms acceptance of Pest Free Adelaide’s Terms & Conditions.

  • Services will not be considered complete until full payment has been received.


4. Late or Non-Payment

  • Failure to make payment on the service date may result in additional charges.

  • Pest Free Adelaide reserves the right to withhold warranties or future services until outstanding amounts are paid.

  • Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collection agency, and customers will be liable for all related recovery costs.


5. Invoices & Receipts

  • An invoice or receipt will be issued at the time of payment.

  • For business clients, invoices must be paid within the agreed terms as stated on the invoice.
