Client Responsibilities & Work Conditions

To ensure the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of our pest control treatments, customers are required to follow the guidelines below:

1. Property Preparation

  • Customers must prepare the property for treatment as advised by the technician.

  • Technicians are not responsible for moving furniture, appliances, or personal belongings.

2. Health & Safety Disclosure

  • Customers must inform the technician of any chemical-related allergies, medical conditions, or health concerns of residents, visitors, or workers present at the property.

  • Customers must notify the technician of any areas that require special attention or restricted chemical use.

3. Pets & Livestock

  • All pets, birds, and livestock must be secured in safe areas as instructed by the technician before treatment begins.

  • Customers are responsible for keeping animals away from treated areas until it is safe to return.

4. Access to Property

  • Customers must ensure technicians have clear and safe access to the property and treatment areas.

  • Locked gates, obstructed entry points, or inaccessible areas may result in incomplete treatment.

5. Limitations of Treatment

  • Treatments are applied to visible and accessible areas only.

  • Hidden areas (e.g., inside walls, sealed cavities, or under heavy furniture) may not be fully treated.

  • Effectiveness may vary depending on property condition, hygiene practices, and pest density.
