Cancellation Policy

At Pest Free Adelaide, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:


1. Notice Period

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations must be made by calling 0426 413 722 between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) or by emailing info@pestfreeadelaide.com.au.


2. Same-Day Cancellations

  • If the technician has already been dispatched or arrives on-site and the customer cancels or reschedules the service, a $100 inspection fee will apply.


3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is not present at the property during the scheduled appointment and has not provided prior notice, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and a $60 call-out fee will apply.


4. Technician-Initiated Cancellations

  • In rare cases where a technician must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, or emergencies), customers will be notified promptly, and the booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
