Terms and conditions

1. Reservation Conditions

  • Customers must be present at the property during the appointment.

  • If the customer is not present, a $60 call-out fee will apply.

  • Customers must answer the phone before the technician arrives; failure to do so may result in cancellation.

  • Confirming a booking means acceptance of Pest Free Adelaide’s Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • Cancellations must be made by calling 0426 413 722 (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) or by email.

  • If the technician arrives and the service is cancelled or rescheduled, a $100 inspection fee will apply.

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit (EFTPOS).

  • A 2% surcharge applies for Credit Card or EFTPOS payments.

  • Payment is required on the day of service and confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities & Work Conditions

  • Customers must prepare the property for treatment as advised.

  • Technicians are not required to move furniture or belongings.

  • Customers must inform the technician of any chemical allergies or health issues.

  • Pets, birds, and livestock must be secured as directed.

  • Only visible and accessible areas will be treated; hidden areas may not be fully covered.

5. Frequency of Pest Control Treatments

  • Treatment frequency depends on pest density and property condition.

  • For pests such as cockroaches and spiders, monthly services are recommended.

  • Pesticides remain effective for up to 3 months.

  • Preventive treatments are suggested every 6–12 months.

6. Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is at the technician’s discretion and specified on the invoice.

  • Some properties may require multiple treatments.

  • No warranty is provided for:

    • Bed bugs

    • German cockroach infestations

    • Heavily infested properties

  • Repeat treatments for bed bugs are self-funded.

  • Warranties apply only if all Terms & Conditions are met.
